MENU OF THE DAY

Sunday June 30, 2013 Breakfast: Oatmeal Parfait: Oatmeal, soy almond milk, nectarine, 5 crushed almonds. (layer in a wine goblet starting with the milk ending with the almonds.) Lunch: Lentil Soup: 1 cup ( I made this last night for dinner) http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/lentil-soup-recipe/index.html Snack: Yogurt Smoothie: 1/2 cup n/f unsweetened Greek Yogurt, frozen berries, seltzer water, and a 1/4 of mango nectar. Dinner: Taco Salad Snack: Fruit Salad
